Mallorquines
Hostel has six dining rooms with unequal capacities. We can offer
private rooms for 8 or 10 people, and different halls for 90 people.
All of them have
been decorated considering the preferences of people that will enjoy them.
We have a rustic
decoration with stone walls, red ceramic vaults, wooden ceilings,
wrought iron lamps, fine oak beams....
The global result
shows the owner's interest to achieve their main objectives: comfort
and good service.
We also have a
wine cellar, which is destined to store homegrown wines in large
barrels and wineskins. Our wines are known everywhere. Our success is
mainly based on the high quality of wines we serve.
Cooking is our
heart, even the Mallorquines soul. It is based on typical Catalan
recipes. Our menu is regularly changed considering the specific
seasonable products. Our cooking is full of those dishes that we have
learnt generation by generation.
Our typical dishes
are: snails, pork feet, veal with mushrooms, partridge with cabbage,
wild board with mushrooms, pork sausage with haricot beans. But we
never forget to give them finishing touches from nowadays.
